How much does shipping cost?

Worldwide shipping costs are free on all products.

I entered wrong text for my art piece. How can I change it?

If you’ve made a mistake, don’t panic! We're here to help.


Maybe you’ve accidentally added something you don’t want, or left out a crucial addition to one of your designs. Please get in touch with the team as soon as you notice the error, as we may be able to amend it before it’s designed and printed.


Whatever the problem, we can organise a re-print at a discounted price. As long as your order was placed within the last 30 days, we can provide reprints, duplicates and corrections as a lower cost. Reach out to us to find out more.

Where Is My Order? / How do I track my order? / How do I get my tracking number?

All our products are made bespoke, with love, and are entirely personalised. Each type of product has a different production time. You can check the estimated production time for your purchased item on the product page. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Please allow a few hours for the tracking link to update once you receive it. If you haven't received an email with the courier and tracking number after the estimated dispatch date, please reach out to us with your order number via the contact form, and we will be happy to look into this.

How long will it take to receive my digital product?

You will receive your digital custom portrait within 1-3 business days after placing your order

Can I include more than one subject in my portrait?

Of course, you can include more subjects, if you don't find the reference product you can contact us for further clarification.

I received the preview of my custom portrait, can I request some changes?

We want our customers to be happy. You can ask us for further changes.

If changes are requested after final approval we will do everything possible.

I ordered a digital file, do you also have physical products like a canvas?

Yes, once you have purchased the digital file, you can purchase an additional product of your choice by going to your profile and making a new order. Make sure to include the digital file you received from us, as we keep files for no longer than 30 days.

Do you offer other print sizes?

Our print inventory varies, so if you don't see a size that suits you, send us a message, and we will do our best to fulfill your needs.

Can I return my order?

We want you to enjoy your purchase, but we understand you might need to return a product.

Personalised Items
Once production has begun on personalised items, cancellations for a full refund are generally not possible unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
If you wish to cancel an illustration order after approving your draft, a $15 fee will be deducted from any refund to cover the work already completed.

How to Cancel or Request Changes
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Clearly state whether you’d like to cancel, request amendments, or report an issue with your order.

Damaged goods on arrival
If Your item is faulty or damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving your item, including photos of the damage and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds are processed within 30 days of an e-mail confirmation of receipt and confirmation that the item(s) are defective. Money is transferred back to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
